Learn to Massage - 1 Day workshop for two people (£130)
Learn everything you need to know to perform a basic massage routine on a friend or loved one. This is a wonderful gift idea for couples, friends or family. Run over 1 day, you will learn about contra-indications to massage and learn the basic massage techniques and how to perform them safely. You will also learn a massage routine, which you can use to perform a wonderfully relaxing massage for a loved one. Each student will take it in turn to give and receive a massage with one-to-one tuition. Please note, this is not a course for professionals wishing to learn massage for industry work.

Labour Massage workshop (£65)
The birth partner of your choice is taught how to massage during labour to ease pain and relax the birthing mother. Includes a labour massage blend of your choice. I teach techniques that can relieve discomfort during the peak of a contraction, and the birth partner is shown how to massage with the mum on her side, on the bed, on the floor, on a birthing ball, and using a birthing ball. I can also address various issues that you may wish to discuss with me on the day. This workshop will also help the birth partner to understand the stages of labour and the effect of relaxation, and how to react to various situations during labour.
