A soothing massage and reflexology to balance the mind, body and soul.
Relax & Refresh (£28) 60 minutes
A relaxing facial to soothe and pamper the skin, with a shoulder, neck and scalp massage. Followed by a luxurious leg and foot massage.
Soul to Sole Feet Treat (£38) 90 minutes
Reflexology, followed by a relaxing leg and foot massage. Finshed with a shape and polish on the toes to complete your soul to sole pampering.
Top To Toe (£55) 105 minutes
Reflexology, followed by a shape and polish on the toes. Ends with a soothing facial to relax the mind.
Yummy Mummy Pamper (£65) 150 minutes
A full body massage, shape and polish (on hands and feet), ending with a soothing facial.
Add eyebrow shape & eyelash tint for £10 extra (please note a tint test is required)
Chilled Out Mama Pamper (£70) 90 minutes
An Ear candling session, followed by an aromatherapy massage on the back, neck and shoulders. Ends with a relaxing facial complete with lymph drainage techniques.
Please note reflexology in the above packages will be tailored to suit you and includes maternity reflexology.
Learn to Massage - 1 Day workshop for two people (£130)
Learn everything you need to know to perform a basic massage routine on a friend or loved one. This is a wonderful gift idea for couples, friends or family. Run over 1 day, you will learn about contra-indications to massage and learn the basic massage techniques and how to perform them safely. You will also learn a massage routine, which you can use to perform a wonderfully relaxing massage for a loved one. Each student will take it in turn to give and receive a massage with one-to-one tuition.
Please note, this is not a course for professionals wishing to learn massage for industry work.
Labour Massage workshop (£65)
The birth partner of your choice is taught how to massage during labour to ease pain and relax the birthing mother. Includes a labour massage blend of your choice.
