Come to our open evening where we will be discussing the treatments we offer and demonstrating massage techniques and talking about how our treatments and therapies can help you enjoy this special time of life. Dave from Aspirations Personal Training will be giving advice on fitness and nutrition, and Helen Dicks from Baby Sensory will be talking about her baby development classes.
